When will my order ship?

We’ll process and ship your order as fast as possible. In most cases, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

You can also select to pick up your order from our office in Keysborough, Victoria

Free shipping on orders over $150*

We are pleased to offer you free shipping on orders over $150. This offer applies to public and consumer accounts and not wholesale account holders.

Freight costs

We select the best way to ship orders based on your order size, weight, volume and destination. We may use Australia Post or a specialized freight/courier company or FedEx (for deliveries outside of Australia). We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery times

Please allow 2-10 working days for your orders to arrive based on your location.

Delivery dates may vary depending on freight company delays out of our control. We place great importance on fast and reliable delivery of your order, however please note that delivery times are estimates only.

Return or Exchange of Goods

Lifestyle Brands / Habitat101 will only exchange or refund goods in cases where goods are deemed faulty or not suitable for specified use. Only items with a Lifestyle Brands Return Authorisation Number obtained from Lifestyle Brands Customer Care and with all items undamaged will be considered for return. Return Authorisation Numbers can be obtained by contacting the Customer Department via email on customercare@lifestyleb.com

Right of refusal for the return or exchange of products is at the discretion of Lifestyle Brands, except where the Trade Practices Act of Australia makes allowance. Please refer to our full Terms & Conditions for more details.
